Maïwen

Early to semi-early, Maïwen has very low sensibility to blight and is a productive variety. Its large, regular tubers have excellent tasting quality. Despite its earliness, it has a good storage capability without without compromising its melting and tasty flesh. It is one of the market's benchmarks. It also has the particularity of being highly appreciated for home frying.
