Carrots, onions, shallots
& other vegetables from Brittany

In addition to potatoes, we also grow shallots, carrots, onions and crucifers (smooth cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, etc.) for our marketing and industrial partners. These vegetables are grown by Douar Den's associate farmers, mainly in Brittany, and of course organically.

Carrots

The carrots produced by our growers are stored and prepared in our facilities. They are sold mainly washed and packaged in 1 kg bags or 12 kg wooden parcels. They are marketed by our partners to specialized organic stores, supermarkets, wholesalers and catering professionals.

Onions

Like our carrots, our onions are far from ordinary. Grown by our own farmers and stored at our vegetable station, they are distributed through trusted partners in the supply chain. By pooling our resources within the cooperative, we can offer a full range of packaging options and ensure complete traceability.

Shallots

Our shallots are, of course, traditionally grown in Brittany. Distributed across France, they are packaged to meet our partners’ specific needs — whether in wooden crates, nets, or other formats.

Celery

Grown around Saint-Malo, a region that's ideal for this vegetable, by farmers with real expertise, they are sold in 8 kg crates or individually packed.

Purple turnips

Grown in the polders around Mont Saint-Michel, they are sold washed in 5 kg crates.
