The first chip-processing variety suited for Organic Agriculture! Developed through the Douar Den breeding program, it boasts strong tolerance to leaf and tuber blight, low sensitivity to mechanical damage, and resistance to the Globodera rostochiensis nematode (Ro1-4). This medium-early variety features rounded tubers with yellow skin and flesh, and a high dry matter content (22-23%), making it ideal for producing high-quality potato chips. It has good conservation qualities and tubers smaller than Agria’s but more numerous and uniform in size (50-60 mm). A must-try for chip processors and organic growers alike!
